I-V-P..!!!

Was really bz and lazy to update.. Been training for like 5-6days per wk.. kinda tired but was very happy abt it.. there is improvement man!! hahaa.. anyway IVP is on this Sat at Gombak stadium.. from 2pm to 7pm.. My event which is 3000m Steeplechase starts at 4pm.. really looking forward to it.. though i know there are some competitors who are stronger and faster than me, but during a race anything can happen.. i hope to get into top 5 out of 14 runners.. but ofcos i really hope i can get a medal.. though the chances are quite low.. but i believe miracle do happen.. wahahaa..!! As for my 5000m which is on the following sat.. haha.. most likely i gonna get lap by the top few runners.. 5000m is a very competitive event.. so i only aim to hit below 19min.. haha.. hopefully i'm not the last.. lolz!

Hmm.. took my IPPT few wks back.. wahaha.. finally i got GOLD..!! $400..!! SBJ 234cm and 2.4k.. 8m53secs.. though i think i can run faster than tt..

Anyway we finally had our "re-bonding" session for OG2 at joyce's house.. haha.. we had steamboat.. eat alot of balls.. fish,meat..etc.. hehe.. so happy to see them again.. cos our last outing was like last Dec.? lolz.. yeah yeah!! still waiting for the photos... hahaa... outing soon!!.. hopefully..

Hmm last Sat had our track outing.. ate steamboat again.. lolz.. had fun too.. in the end reached arn 330am.. yeah!! photos can be seen from facebook.. hehe...

Anyway today is my birthday.. I'm 23.. Happy birthday to myself.. yeah..!! Don't ask me how am i going to celebrate.. cos i dun celebrate my b'day.. the last cake i blew was way back in sec 3 or 4.. i can't rmb.. even my 21 i din celebrate.. lolz.. yeah.. no life i know.. but i just want to keep things simple.. =)
