Wednesday --- 2 x 3.2km (13m 45s & 13m 14s)
Thursday --- 5 x 800m interval (2.55, 2.56, 2.58, 2.58, 3.00)
Friday --- 4 x 800m & 400m --- Farklet (2.55, 2.56, 250, 2.44)
Saturday --- 30Laps Swim (leisure swim no time taken)
Sunday --- 50km++ Cycling (leisure cycle, last min prep for next Sunday OSIM Tri)
Phew..! What a Week i had.. tired but still... i love it.. =)
