rain rain go away......

Tmr will be going down to ECP to take part in Osim Triathlon.. Din really train for this event.. but i still hope i can do a sub 3.. been working on speed run.. longest distance tt i ran since Passion Run was only 8km.. Swam twice only.. and went for my 1st cycling one wk ago since last Sept Aviva 70.3... Not sure how am i gonna survive the swim and bike leg.. most pro it will be a long swim and toruring cycling.. running shouldn't be a problem i guess.. but after swimming 1.5km and cycling 40km, running a 10km after that is gonna be a real challenge.. but nvm.. take it as a leisure activity...

Finally the route for Aviva 70.3 HIM has confirmed.. the bike route looks gd.. really feel like trying it again... 90km of cycling on ECP and AYE.. it gonna be real fast.. speedy ride.. but.. registration fee is 370SGD.. also.. i dun have the time to train on bike and swimming.. how how how..!!~~!~ sigh..
