Wake up at arn 8+ to prepared myself for another 1.5km swim plus 10km run.. wave starting at arn 12noon.. cannot imagine how am i going to tackle the heat.. hmm.. took down some of the sgrunner bid no. and hopefully can spot some of them.. reach ECP arn 11.. saw ripley. she was wearing a red man u jersey.. our camera man for that day =) was at the TA for like 15mins before loneshark and kk came.. chat with them and do some warming up together.. took pics with them too.. at arn 12+, we went to our starting point and do some warm up siwm.. the sea was gd.. not that choppy as compare to SG Bia.. got this feeling that i will get out of the sea kind fast.. once my wave start, as usual i started out at the back.. kena kick and wack haha.. normal..
Din have much diffcult in this swim.. was able to swim quite comfortably.. after swim ran straight to TA.. saw loneshark and kk chainging their shoe.. i put on my top and shoes then off i go.. the sun was hot.. i ran as normal as i could.. had just recovered from my knee injuries so didn't wan to push that much also.. in the end i stop for 1 time nia.. which was like 100m before the finishing line.. dunno why feel like puking and had to walk for like 10m before i dash my way through the finishing line.. the time was 45min for my run.. swim arn 30mins.. feel gd abt my timing.. but alot of the participants felt that the race course is actually shorter than usual.. which i somehow agreed though.. Overall it was a gd race.. =)
