New Balance Real Run 06

After watching late night soccer, woke up in the morning feeling rather tired.. Jin and Yau stay over at my place.. We ate come bread before i sent jin home.. Jeremey was staying arn tam so i fetch him along to go Sentosa for our run.. i still remembered that last yr there was a huge jam so this yr i tried to wake up early to beat the jam but seem like i have failed.. reached there wah! the Jam was so long.. after for like few minute i quite worried tt we may be late so i drive straight all the way and make one big u turn as i try to enter frm the other side.. after U-turn pick up wei lun and within few mins, we reached the gate of sentosa.. seem like i make a right move.. as usual alot of beautiful girls.. haha.. anyway once i parked the car, we straight away walk towards the starting point.. when we reached the starting point, they flaged off for the open Cat.. the crowded was so huge that it took about to 7mins for the partipants to clear the starting point.. we even had time for our warm-up and toilet break.. can u believe it? Samuel and his friends were late.. so din wait for him.. jeremy, wei lun and i keept close to one another until the 4km mark where we starting to split.. Yau was behind us.. reach the sand area.. and alot of people slow down.. felt so gd as i take this opportunity to overtake them.. was abit irritate as there r people who really walk and doesn't even give way to those who actually wants to run.. for the last 2 km, i increased my speed and dash all the way to the finishing line.. finish the run slightly below 50mins.. was happy with it as my legs just recovered.. but i still felt slight pain in my right knee.. took a can of 100 plus and just walked arn the area.. guess what? i saw Alvin lai.. my sec sch classmate.. so gd to see him.. had a short chat before he went off to look for his friends.. saw quite afew sgrunners too.. Before we left i walked towards them and wanted to chat with a few of the sgrunners.. but dun have the chance cos once i reached there they were preparing to take grp pic.. and i joined them for the grp pic.. lolz..
After the pics session four of us went to the hawker centre opp harbour front and eat then i fetch jeremy and yau home.. Next wk is the AHM.. excited..!! but most likely i'm not running.. Haiz..
