Mizuno Wave Run

Finally BMPC has ended.. During the last wk, we had two simple exercise where we put all the things that we learned during the Ops phase into use.. Got quite a number of calculation stuff and some planning.. i must said those captains damn Zai.. wahz no wonder they r regular..!! Up la.!!

Just completed Mizuno Wave run.. Last yr miss it due to POP rehearsal.. also this is the 3rd yr Mizuno is organising this run.. come to think of it.. i participated during the 1st yr and now is already the 3rd yr..!! so fast... 3 yrs already.. hmm.. as usual there alot of poeple.. i was starting at the back and once the race flag off, i had a hard time cutting left and right just to overtake those really not tt fast people.. in the end i finished it arn 45mins.. think is not a bad timing considering tt my knee still hurt and along the way i did slow down a little in order not to strain my legs.. =) Once i rewch the end point, i Q up to redeem the goodies bag.. was surprise that the competitive Q was kinda long and there hardly anyone q-ing at the non-com side.. hmm.. think that the benfit of joing the non-com instead of com bah.. Saw TLR at the finishing line and had a short chat with him.. After that went for breakfast with my friends at the hawker centre just beside the interchange.. Haiz.. miss out on the grp pic with sgrunners again.. nvm.. there are still alot of events in the future.. =)
