Singapore Biathlon..!!

This wk was so happy..!! i finally did a sub 8 for my SOC.. my timing was 7m53s.. was very tiring.. definitely!! well rest of the wk was just lectures and for fri and sat was Ex.Hippo.. it was a planning exercise.. damn sleepy during Hippo..!! sianz last night book out at arn 2245.. so late wondering how i was able to have enough rest for this morning SG Biathlon..!!

Yes i did man.. Just finished my 1st ever Singapore Biathlon.. the swim was really bad.. considering myself not a gd swimmer at all and had to swim thru East Coast water.. so choppy man.. the 1st few hunderds was like hell to me.. i swear that i almost gave up.. the salty sea water and the stupid wave KNN Nearly drown me.. anyway guess i was determine enough to complete the swim.. haha.. very slow lor took near an hour to finish my siwm.. even the wave started later than me also swam passed me.. after that ran to transition area, wore my sock and shoes.. then start my run liao.. was a relaxing run.. the weather is gd.. like gonna rain those type.. and i took abt 47mins to complete my run.. sianz.. was really disappointed with my swim..
Haiz no more race for me liao.. the next race will me Singapore Triathlon on 1 & 2 of July.. so long!! i can't wait for it..!! i need to run!!
