Feeling Good..!!!!
Finally i get back the momentum for training after stand chart.. i'm happy tt i'm able to stick to my training plan so far.. except for Biking session =X
Anyway, Tues and thurs will have track training (speed + interval).. in between on Wed.. i'll do my own 10km.. on Fri go for swimming.. each session atleast 30laps.. Glad tt i'm been doing tt for the past 3weeks... i've plan to start a weekend long run after CNY to get myself pump up for KL Marathon... =) YEs..!!
Track training so far have been gd.. really love every session.. i can feel a little bit of improvement on myself... Argh!! Swimming has been suck.. can someone pls teach me how to swim frontcrawl efficiently and effectively?... haha... something is not right with my strokes.. and kicks... argh!!! =D
