Lazy....

Was really lazy to blog.. i don't know why.. just dun feel like typing..

Donated blood 2wks ago and it seems like the more i donate, the more painful it was.. my right arm was swollen for almost 1wk.. and the bruise was arn 2 50c coins.. wth... couldn't sleep properly on my right.. next time, i'll use my left arm instead.. anyway.. this won't stop me from future blood donation.. =)

Bought a pair of Asics Gel-Cumulus 7.. like Finally!!! haha



couldn't find a racer tt suits me during the sales.. the one tt i love didn't have my size.. Anyway will use this pair for Sundown.. now i have 3 pairs of Asics shoes.. 1 for training long D, 1 for racing and 1 for track training.. wahaha... My training for Sundown has not been according to what i had planned... but anyway.. i've decided to change my long run based on timing rather than the distance.. hmmm...

My brain is finally back to normal.. able to absorbed info again... last wk was down with fever and flu... had a hard time trying to concentrate on my revision.. anyway.. exam is nearing.. prelim results were not tt encouraging.. given the amt of effort i put in, guess i can't complained much also..

Recently been listening to this song while on my way to school haha.. i think it's a nice and catchy song.. wondering how is he now...
