Tue, Wed and Thursday

On Tue night dage, shawn, LWJ, terrance and i played soccer.. long time din play already.. usually is play at the shelter beside my blk.. but then town council go and place those stupid nails at the wall.. wah lau.. spoilt our day.. we didn't play for like 3mths+ le.. sianz.. nvm went wushu area.. also got nails but luckily they were placed on much higher part of the wall.. hack care la just play.. but seriously hor.. Pasir Ris does not even has a street soccer court then where do they expect us to play? WTF..!! nvm.. play half way, Andy and kelvin came.. after that shi long came.. we played lor.. after that.. haha.. police came.. hmm.. usually we can spot the police like 50m away.. then we run but dunno why that night think we lost the 'skill' of spoting police car bah.. sianz took down our name, address and ic no.. dunno take down how many times liao.. just wondering if they store it inside a database or something.. dun care la.. that night was fun can already..

Hmm.. ytd went swimming with wei lun at bedok.. then met ee yang at the pool.. so qiao.. then at night went for 10km run at MJC (bo bian legs feeling itchy).. wah kao.. b4 NS was 46.09mins(PB) then ytd clock 46.20mins.. seem like NS doesn't make much different leh (except 2.4km).. maybe is bcos i swam during the afternoon? anyway.. i make sure i can clock below 45mins by end of this yr.. think i must have more interval training le.. but Next week going back camp.. where got time.. nvm.. sat and sun go run lor.. haha..

Today go to gym with Andy(NS).. Quite surprise that he ask me to go with him.. cos he is those who doesn't like exercise de leh.. siao siao one.. we went Yishun gym cos i got direct bus 39 to reach there.. took me abt 25mins from Pasir Ris.. then evening went to TP and play soccer.. quite shiok long time din play liao.. but somehow can't perform.. dunno why..

Hmm tmr posting is out.. hope that i can get to the unit i want.. Please..!!!
